This elephant snuck up on us while we were checking out some baboons. We still would have not seen it had our driver Lymo not told us to look behind us. Who knew that elephants could be so stealthy?

Six escape as fire destroys Pullman home
Fire officials credited a smoke detector and actions of neighbors for saving the lives this morning of six people when a fire broke out in a basement of an older home on College Hill in Pullman.

brilliant...tibi, whats your cameras zoom (or length in mm) in order to capture the bird pic?
I used a Canon 20d with a Sigma 50-500mm lens. For most of the birds pics I would zoom in to 500mm which is 800mm equivalent).
